This contract is between the Breeder, Heimdall German Shepherds and the Purchaser listed below. This Contract/Health Guarantee must be agreed upon and signed by the Purchaser(s). No business will be conducted by texting. This contract must be returned to the Breeder via e-mail, fax or postal mail. No Guarantee will be provided if this signed contract is not returned within 7 days by the Purchaser. No puppy will be shipped or picked up in person, until this contract has been signed and returned to the Breeder. You will be required to contact the Breeder about the physical condition of the puppy when the puppy arrives at the destination airport. Purchaser must to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy. Purchaser will send the Breeder the results of the first veterinarian exam. This can be done by e-mail or fax. If a serious health problem arises with Purchaser's puppy, the Breeder needs to be notified immediately, no excuses. If the purchaser has problems with the puppy, the breeder is to be notified immediately. The puppy will be guaranteed for 7 days against death from disease after leaving the Breeders custody. A necropsy will be required by a licensed veterinarian as to the cause of the death, if death occurs during the first 7 days. In the event of euthanasia or death, the microchip implant and a picture of the deceased MUST be returned to the Breeder. If Purchaser's puppy dies from an accident or neglect the guarantee is void. Breeder guarantees the puppy against severe hip dysplasia and life-threatening congenital disease for 12 months from the day of birth. OFA testing results must read “poor”. If the pet is in pain due to dysplasia, the pet should be returned or euthanized. This guarantee does not cover the Purchasers costs related to the treatment of internal parasites, external parasites or treatment for Coccidia, Giardia or Kennel Cough. These parasites are common in young puppies and will easily respond to proper veterinary treatment. Be advised that transition to a new home can cause an out break of dormant parasites. Purchasers are advised that the transition to a new home can be stressful and the puppy will need time to adjust to its new surroundings, noises, climate and different bacteria. All medical expenses that incur after the buyer takes procession will be the buyers responsibility. No exceptions. This puppy has received all age appropriate vaccinations and worming's. Purchaser agrees to mandatory obedience training at 12 weeks of age. Under NO circumstances is the buyer or his family to engage in "ruff house play". Purchaser will be required to keep the puppy on large breed puppy food. Purchaser will be required to continue to use Nu-Vet vitamins for a minimum of 90 days after receiving the new puppy. Purchaser will be pay for the transfer of the microchip registration into their names. If a Puppy Protection Package is provided, this will be completed by the Breeder. Breeder requires Purchaser to keep all veterinary and feed receipts, keep complete medical records and provide acceptable housing. It is very important that the Purchaser find a good veterinarian that can answer any questions and take proper care of the puppy. Sorry, but we do not recognize health reports from Banfield Pet Hospitals or large corporate veterinary hospitals. A second independent veterinarian report will be required if Purchaser chooses to use a Banfield Pet Hospital. This guarantee will be null and void, if the above listed terms and conditions are not complied with. Replacement of the puppy will be at Breeders discretion; the final decision will be made based upon the care and feeding that the puppy received while under Purchasers care. Puppy will be replaced with another of equal value. No cash refunds. Purchaser will be responsible for all shipping and handling in the event of replacement. Purchaser agrees to not file a credit card charge back. Purchaser will be responsible for all veterinary expenses while the puppy is in their care. Breeder will not warranty the puppy for any purpose other than a household pet. All puppies are sold as pets only. Breeder suggests you do your research and learn all you can about your breed of choice before making the purchase. Some breeds have issues that you may not like or are not able to deal with. All Heimdall puppies will have limited registration, unless arrangements for breeding and showing rights have been made. If the Purchaser cannot retain the dog, the dog is to be returned to the Breeder, NO Exceptions. No dog will be placed in a shelter, rescue or be euthanized without first contacting the breeder. Purchaser(s) agrees that they understand this contract and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Missouri; Texas County; Houston, Missouri. All legal issues and court proceedings will be resolved under Missouri State Law. Internet sales and sales in person are included in this contract. By signing this contract the buyer agrees that he/she has read and understands this entire document.
